Bruce McLaren Motorsport Park is strategically located in the geographical centre of the North Island of New Zealand.

The motorsport park is just a short drive from the central business district of Taupo with access roads from the town centre via Broadlands Road or Centennial Drive. There are also direct access roads to the Taupo race track from Rotorua and link roads from Auckland and Napier, bypassing the town centre by using the Eastern Arterial Route The bypass crosses Centennial Drive just 1.2km to the west of Bruce McLaren Motorsport Park.
